Highly recommend El Primo Auto Mechanic & Tire Shop. I originally went in for a slow leak in one of my tires, and the service was excellent. They took the time to show me exactly where the issue was and fixed it quickly. On another visit, I thought I needed new tires, but instead of trying to upsell me, Primo honestly told me all I needed at the moment was a tire rotation and balance. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. It’s refreshing to find a business that truly values its customers over making an extra dollar. Great service, trustworthy people, and fair treatment every time.

I came here on a Monday and bought 4 used tires from them and she told me it would be 60 each then said only 50 each since I was just picking the tires up and they were not the ones putting them on . On Thursday, I get to work (I work at a tire shop) and put the tires on and one of the tires has a hole in the sidewall. If you know anything about tires, If a tire has a hole in it and it’s in the sidewall, it can’t be patched. So I called and told them and the lady told me to come by and they will look at it. So the same Thursday after work I come by and show them the tire and she tells me that they can’t refund me my money they can only give me another tire. She also proceeded to say that they can’t refund me because of how long ago I bought the tires. I bought the tires on Monday and returned them on Thursday. 3 days is not long AT ALL. I called them out for trying to scam me and they gave me my money back. If I was yall I would not waste my time with these ppl

I came up there with 4 tires that I had just bought from someone private and I needed them to be put on my 22" rims. First thing that struck me as odd was I walked into the middle of the parking lot where every employee could see me with keys and phone in hand looking like I needed assistance. Nobody budged... I had to walking to their work area to grab an employee's attention and it wasn't surprising that there was a language barrier. After about 5 minutes of explaining the simple task of swapping tires, something that I found oddly frustrating given its a tire shop, he told me how much he it would cost, I agreed and then he looks at the tire co.pared to the rim and tells me that it won't fit. He never measured anything nor did he ask and because he does it for a living, I reluctantly to his word for it. So, I had two other smaller profile tires in the back that I also brought with me. He grabs one of those and a rim and tries to put that tire on and can't do it. At that point I just gave him $40 for his time, loaded up and left. A quick trip after work for an emergency tire fixed. Big screw in the middle of my tread. They were able to patch it, took care of me immediately. There are plenty of guys working there. They were all very nice. I was in and out of there in probably 15 minutes. It was cheap to fix. They are open till 7 o’clock, and they mean it, unlike the tire shop down the road that was supposedly open till 7 o’clock, but had all the guys go home done for the day at six. Great work ethic. Really appreciate they were there for me in my moment of need. Will definitely go back next time I need any tire work, including new tires.
